Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sovaryn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sovaryn provides an AI-powered executive team platform that connects to your company's existing tools (Slack, Gmail, Notion, Linear, Stripe, and others) using read-only OAuth access to generate structured company briefs, insights, and autonomous workflow outputs.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@sovaryn.in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary models; (c) resell or sublicense the Service without written consent; (d) upload content that violates applicable law.

5. Data and Privacy

We connect to your tools using read-only OAuth scopes. We process message context in memory to generate summaries and do not store raw message content. Your data does not train our models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Sovaryn platform, including software, design, and AI models, remain with Sovaryn. Your data and content remain yours. We claim no ownership over any content you provide.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any AI output is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovaryn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
